The company was founded in 1988 by George D. Fakos, Graduated Civil Engineer, with individual form and working object the construction of public and private projects. The first projects, had been done in three different regions within Peloponese and he was selected by the local government. The company was initially located in Megalopoli city and then, from 1989 until today is in Patras.

From 1989 to 1992 the only working object of the company was the construction of public and private projects. From 1992 to 1997, while being occupied with the construction there was a department of selling constructive materials as well, located in Rio-Patras. Since then it is located in Patras with main object the construction, topographical studies and land surveying, with private new technology equipment.

From 2008, Dimitris G. Fakos took official part in the company as graduated Mechanical Engineer, as an outworker with main activity object the mechanical researches of renewable sources of energy, an object which will become very important for the company in the future. In the same time he works on the company’s image and provides counsels for the businesses’ integration in European programs.

The executives of our company with unique occupation in it are Stamatis N. Karagiannis Civil Engineer with object the situ watching of the projects and M. Mostratou, Civil engineer as well, with object the compilation of measurements, accounts, summary tables and any activity for the launch of the Public projects.

In the same time in our company we have permanent workers a machine operator, a car driver and three workers on the sites’ field. We occasionally occupy some more workers on the sites’ field as well.

The company’s available equipment is consisted of small machines and cars for the accomplishment of our projects’ everyday needs. More specifically, a hoe crawler, 5,5 ton., a loader of 3,5 ton., a truck 19 ton., tow truck 8 ton., a van – for tools and other small pieced equipment – and for the workers, a pick – up and more tools and equipment of everyday use.
